Enterprise Software Engineering

We build the systems
Ghanaian business runs on.

CoreSoft Technologies is a software engineering company in Accra. We build enterprise platforms with the statutory obligations of this market written into the product rather than added by consultants.

What We Do

Engineering, not
reselling.

We design, build and support our own platforms. The work is systems engineering: ledgers that must balance, statutory rules that must be exact, and software that has to keep running on an unreliable connection.

Regulation as code

Tax bands, contribution tiers and reporting formats expressed precisely enough to produce a filing.

Financial systems

Double-entry ledgers across entities and currencies, where correctness is not a matter of taste.

Local payment rails

Mobile money and bank transfer treated as primary settlement, because here they are.

Offline-capable software

Systems that keep working past the edge of coverage and reconcile without duplicating a record.

Audit and access control

Role-based permissions, maker-checker approvals and trails that hold up under inspection.

Integration

Documented APIs into the finance and operational systems our clients already run.

Our Products

Built, shipped
and supported by us.

We publish a platform when it is ready to be used, not when it is ready to be demonstrated.

CoreHR

Human Resources, Unified.
Available now

Payroll, leave, attendance and performance for organisations running one entity or twenty. PAYE, SSNIT tiers 1 to 3 and NPRA scheme reporting are calculated in the product, from the same employee records the pay run uses.

How We Build

Four commitments
that shape the code.

These are engineering positions, not marketing ones. They constrain what we are willing to ship.

01

Statutory logic in the core

If a return needs a spreadsheet to assemble, we treat the product as unfinished.

02

One data model

Our platforms share a common foundation, so running two does not mean reconciling twice.

03

Degrade, never fail

Intermittent power and coverage are the operating environment, not an exception.

04

Ship it before we sell it

We show finished products rather than a catalogue of intentions.

Tell us what you are trying to build.

Whether that is evaluating CoreHR or a longer conversation about your systems, we are in Accra.
