The terms governing use of this website, and the basis on which CoreSoft platform subscriptions are contracted.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the CoreSoft Technologies website at coresoft.com.gh. They do not govern the supply of our platforms. That is dealt with under a separate written services agreement between CoreSoft Technologies Ltd and the client institution. Where the two conflict in respect of a platform subscription, the services agreement prevails.
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Use of the website
You may use this site to learn about our platforms, request information and contact us. You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system.
- Introduce malicious code, or attempt to interfere with the availability of the site for others.
- Scrape, harvest or systematically extract content for commercial reuse without our written permission.
- Submit false information, or another person's details, through any form on the site.
- Use the site in any way that breaches applicable law.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, design, graphics, the CoreSoft name and logo, and the names of the platforms in the suite, is owned by or licensed to CoreSoft Technologies Ltd and protected by intellectual property law. You may view, download and print pages for your own internal evaluation purposes. Any other reproduction, republication or commercial use requires our prior written consent.
4. Information on this site
We take care to describe our platforms accurately. Even so, the content on this site is provided for general information and does not constitute a contractual commitment, a warranty of specific functionality, or professional advice. Platform capability, deployment options and delivery timelines are confirmed in writing during scoping and set out in the services agreement.
Statements about regulatory reporting describe what our platforms generate from the data you post. Responsibility for the accuracy of underlying data, for model parameters, and for the submission itself remains with your institution.
5. Enquiries and submissions
When you submit an enquiry, a demo request or a job application through this site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. We handle what you send in accordance with our privacy policy. Submitting an enquiry does not create any contract or obligation on either side.
Do not send confidential information, personal data belonging to third parties, or commercially sensitive material through the website forms. If you need to share such material, ask us and we will provide a secure channel.
6. Platform subscriptions
CoreSoft platforms are licensed by annual subscription under a separately negotiated services agreement covering, among other things, scope of licence, service levels, support commitments, data ownership and residency, security obligations, release and regulatory update cycles, liability, and termination and exit assistance. No part of this website varies or supplements that agreement.
7. Third-party links
This site links to third-party services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
8. Availability
We aim to keep this website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of the site without notice. Nothing on this page affects service levels committed under a platform services agreement.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoreSoft Technologies Ltd excludes liability for any loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, this website, or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time and will update the date above when we do. Your continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have exclusive jurisdiction.
